I'm pretty sure, election in which 30% of votes are rigged are not valid. Also it would be pretty bad if political party could change voting machines but most importantly who is obligated to change them?

Anyone curious should actually read the article. 1. Remember these are only claims 2. It's probably user error 3. They're trying to fix the problem by warning people and removing any machines that have a problem 4 they have no "legal authority" to force the manufacturer to update the machines, but they can remove them
