Cho bột mì, bột nở vào tô. Đổ từ từ khoảng 1 chén nước vào, trộn đều thành một khối bột đồng nhất, ủ khoảng 30 phút.
Lấy bột ra, cán mỏng thành hình vuông. Sau đó, cắt bột thành những miếng rộng 2cm, dài 3cm.
Dùng đũa tạo những đường vân đẹp cho bánh. Làm nóng dầu ăn trong chảo, cho bánh vào, chiên vàng giòn.
Tiếp theo, cho mật ong, đường trắng vào nồi, đun nóng đến khi xuất hiện bọt khí. Nhúng bánh đã chiên vào hỗn hợp mật ong, đảo đều. Mè trắng rang qua cho thơm.
Cho món bánh ra đĩa, rắc mè trắng lên là món bánh đã hoàn thành. Thưởng thức xem mùi vị của bánh như thế nào nhé!
